Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all accessories and on all orders over $600 within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed.

Exceptions & Surcharges

Additional shipping fees apply to locations outside the contiguous U.S., including:

• Alaska
• Florida Keys
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Other remote areas only accessible by boat or air (e.g., Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard)

These fees are reviewed by our Fulfillment Department, usually within 1 to 2 business days of order placement.

Delivery Method

All shipments are curbside deliveries—items will be brought to your curb, driveway, or building entrance. Some deliveries may require a signature.

Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Delivery time may vary depending on location.

Receiving & Inspection Instructions

Once your report is received, our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with details about any necessary replacements.
